We hope this will answer some questions that you may possibly have, if you have not been to Envious Salon before

If in doubt, please give us a shout, we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Do I really need a patch test, even though I have had the same treatment elsewhere?

 Yes, even though we only use professional products that could be exactly the same as where you have gone in the past.
For our records and insurance purposes we would require you to have a patch test done for the following:
Hair Colour, Lash Extensions, Lash Lift, lash Tinting and Henna Brow.

Can I cancel an appointment?

 Yes, we understand life happens but all we ask is a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we can cancel or move your appointment.  Any cancellations with no notice may incur a 50% charge of the treatment/service.  

For any Missed/No Show appointments the full treatment/service cost will need to be paid in full before completion of any other appointment.

The online booking system is only up to a month, am I able to book more appointments after that?

Yes, of course most people book appointments when they are in the salon as some clients do book 8-12 Weeks in advance partriculary for hair colour maintenance and or the Brazilian blow dry and especially coming up to the Festive Season.
